Can’t Figure It Out!!!

I was trying again to make a quickpage out of the freebies that I’ve been getting but no luck yet for me!!!  I still can’t insert a picture into the quickpage.  All I can do is to create a clusterframe.  When I put a background into it, I can’t insert the image anymore!!!  Can somebody please come to my rescue?
